1. Who we are

2. What we do

We provide free, indicative cost estimates for conservatory roof replacements and, if you ask, introduce you to a local installer who can give you a quote and arrange a survey. We are an information and introduction service only — we don’t carry out the work ourselves.

3. Estimates are a guide, not a quote

The figures from our calculator are indicative, based on typical 2026 prices and standard conditions. They are not a quote or an offer, and we don’t guarantee their accuracy. Your actual price is confirmed by an installer after a survey.

4. The installer relationship

Any contract for work is strictly between you and the installer. We are not a party to it and are not responsible for the installer’s quotes, work, conduct or guarantees. Please carry out your own checks before engaging any installer.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and to use the site lawfully.

6. Our liability

The site and its estimates are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from any installer introduction. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, whose courts have jurisdiction. This does not remove consumer-law protections available to you where you live.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page.
